What We Do

The Utility Division serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding utility services and account management. Our team is responsible for administering and supporting the following services:

• Managing residential and commercial utility accounts 

• Processing water, sewer, stormwater, and sanitation billing and payments 

• Coordinating utility service connections, transfers, and disconnections 

• Assisting customers with account updates and service inquiries 

• Managing sanitation service requests and related customer support 

• Processing occupational tax certificates and business-related utility requirements 

• Providing information and resources to help customers understand and manage their City services

• Responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repairs of the City’s water meter infrastructure to ensure accurate measurement of water usage, reliable service delivery
