Rental Information

Host a memorable event at the Multipurpose Room – an ideal venue for your Grandmother’s 80th Birthday Party, your sister’s Baby Shower, your son’s graduation, and everything in between. With seating for 120 people, the fully furnished main room includes tables and chairs. The spacious kitchen boasts ample counter space, and for added charm, enjoy the beautiful screened-in porch. Adjacent to the porch, a delightful side yard provides a private space for children to play. Feel free to bring your own grill and park right next to the building. Residents within Union City limits receive an exclusive discount.

After confirming availability by calling, complete a Rental Application and bring it to the Etris-Darnell Community Center. Payments can be made in cash or money orders payable to the City of Union City.
