During the March 24th 2026 regular city council meeting, Mayor and Council, unanimously (5-0), adopted a 180-day moratorium on accepting certain applications, while the zoning ordinance rewrite is underway. The moratorium will impact the acceptance, processing, and approval of applications for zoning map amendments/rezonings, text amendments and conditional use applications.
City employees can use the online reporting system to submit concerns related to City buildings and facilities, including plumbing issues, electrical problems, HVAC concerns, leaks, lighting, doors and locks, restrooms, landscaping, grounds maintenance, damaged equipment, and other facility-related issues.
When submitting a request, please provide the building or facility location and a detailed description of the issue. Include a photo when available to help Buildings & Grounds staff identify and address the problem.
Your request will be routed to the appropriate Buildings & Grounds staff member for review and follow-up.
