Union City Mayor and Council will not hold their regular scheduled Work Session and Council Meeting on Tuesday November 17 ,2026.The Work Session (6:00 pm) and Council Meeting (7:00 PM) will resume on Tuesday, December 15, 2026, in the Council Chamber at City Hall.
On October 1st, during a special called Council meeting, the Council unanimously voted to extend the 180-day moratorium for an additional 90 days. The extended moratorium will, effectively expire on December 31, 2026.
