Utility Billing and Services

The mission of the Utility Division is to maintain the records of the water and sewer customers and implement the City’s utility services and billing programs. To achieve the objectives of these programs, the Division constructs, inspects, maintains and repairs water mains, turn on or off water mains and water services to provide adequate portable water to the citizens and businesses of Union City. We are committed to supporting the City’s mission by serving the community.

Attention Residents:

Effective September 1, 2026, there will be a three percent (3%) increase in water and sewer rates. This increase will be reflected in your bill for September consumption. The increase in your monthly bill will vary depending on the amount of water used. Standard base rates have not changed, as this increase is an increase in residents’ consumed water usage. Below are the new water and sewer rates for customers with residential meters.
