HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICE
In observance of Independence Day, all Union City administrative offices will:
Close early on Thursday, July 2nd at 1:00 PM
Reopen Monday, July 6th, 2026 for normal business operations. Water utility and municipal court payments can still be made in the drop box at City Hall. Cash Only!

Community Development Update: 180 day Moratorium

During the March 24th 2026 regular city council meeting, Mayor and Council, unanimously (5-0), adopted a 180-day moratorium on accepting certain applications, while the zoning ordinance rewrite is underway. The moratorium will impact the acceptance, processing, and approval of applications for zoning map amendments/rezonings, text amendments and conditional use applications.
