Early Office Closure

All Union City Administrative offices inclusive City Hall will be closed at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 3, 2026. Offices will reopen during normal business hours on Monday, April 6, 2026. PLEASE NOTE: WATER PAYMENTS CAN BE PLACED IN THE NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX LOCATED IN THE SIDE PARKING LOT. PAYMENTS MUST BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE WITH AN ACCOUNT NUMBER AND/OR BILL. NO CASH ACCEPTED IN THE DEPOSIT BOX.

Community Development Update: 180 day Moratorium

During the March 24th 2026 regular city council meeting, Mayor and Council, unanimously (5-0), adopted a 180-day moratorium on accepting certain applications, while the zoning ordinance rewrite is underway. The moratorium will impact the acceptance, processing, and approval of applications for zoning map amendments/rezonings, text amendments and conditional use applications.
