Overview

The Permits Division oversees the intake and processing of permit applications, coordinates the plan review process for submitted construction drawings, and issues permits and Certificates of Occupancy or Completion for new construction and renovation projects within the City. The Division works to ensure all development complies with applicable building codes and local regulations.
