Fun and Full of Flavor: Fulton Fresh Market Mobile Mondays in UC!

This July, Union City residents enjoyed not one but multiple visits from the Fulton Fresh Market Mobile Mondays and each stop brought fresh opportunities to learn, tastes and take home something special.

The Mobile Market rolled into town offering not only beautiful farm fresh produce but also a wealth of knowledge. Keynote speakers shared valuable insight on planting, nutrition, and practical tips for enjoying healthier meals through whole vegetables and fruits. 

Each visit brought something unique but the final Monday of the month ended with a bang. Residents had the chance to sample a delicious healthy twist on a mixed salad, proof that nutritious can also be tasty. Attendees did not leave empty handed as everyone went home with a recipe book full of ideas and measuring cups to help make cooking a little healthier. 

Fulton Fresh Mobile Market Mobile Mondays brought Union City fresh produce, healthy eating tips, and hands on learning. Residents enjoyed tasting, took home books and guides, and left inspired to eat fresh and live well!
