HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICE: Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

In honor Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., All administrative offices for the City of Union City will close Friday, January 16th at 1PM and will reopen on Tuesday, January 20th for business operations.

Water payments can be placed in the night deposit box located in the employee parking lot of City Hall. Payments must be placed in an envelope with an account number and/or bill. No cash payments.

Planning Commission Information

Please be advised that on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023, Mayor and Council approved the merging of the Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals to create the Planning and Zoning Commission. Moving forward, the Planning and Zoning Commission will continue to serve as the recommending body to Mayor and Council on rezoning applications and text amendments. The Board will also be responsible for making the final decisions on variance applications and preliminary plat applications.
