Union City Community Champions is a collaborative initiative that unites great companies, education leaders, elected officials, and community partners to make Union City a shining light on a hill for our youth and families.

If you are between the ages of 16 and 24 and are ready to explore a career with strong pay, flexible hours, benefits such as health insurance, and support for educational advancement, this program is for you. Parents, guardians, and mentors are encouraged to join in the journey.

Mission

  1. Foster hope and opportunity for our youth and families by building a platform that connects them with employers who offer great pay, benefits, and career advancement.
  2. Bring value to the business community by providing a steady pipeline of talented, motivated, and educated young people ready for employment.
  3. Develop public and private partnerships that provide safe, affordable housing and opportunities for first-time home ownership.
  4. Connect youth with educational opportunities, financial literacy, and mentorship to encourage wealth creation and asset building.
